Im sure we all would agree that there is rapid change in teh traditional workplace , the compettition is getting stiffer while our working hours are getting longer the pressures are mounting to achieve the targets and while doing so the staff can cooperate and at times may even confront.

At DH we are creating products to motivate to achieve a group or individual results .Which calls for team building targetted at achieving the desired results .

Traditional group travel is the first choice of any company to pass teh incentives to its deserving employees or associates but at DH we feel even the incentives should have a purpose rather than just disbursement.

The whole tour should be presdesigned to acheieving the future targets and build a bond between the members participating in the tour or with the senior management as well.

Although the conventional Inctentive tour like 4nights at Thailand , 6nights at Malaysia , the premium ones like 6nights of Switzerland or Egypt is very interesting but arte we achieveing any result out of teh tour in terms of achieveing the future goals is a question to be asked?

I conducetd a tour for 20 members of a team which did 2 days of cycling split in to 2 groups of 10 each and discussed each day of their exploration wit the other member showing teh photographs they clicked , the food they had i teh day and the people they met or the monument they visited .And teh next day the group took each other s advise dand tried the route the other group explored and end of the day again discussed such activities add teh innovativeness to teh whole programme and makes it intetersting.
